  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Do you accept group orders?
    Yes, as long as I am shipping all items in an order to one location you can order as many items as you want. Keep in mind that pre-order and back-order items in an order will cause the entire order to be held until all items are in-stock.
  • Are your products available for wholesale purchase?
    Yes. If you would like to inquire about purchasing my products via wholesale, please contact me directly at HaedalDesigns@gmail.com. Depending on the quantity of items you'd like to order, it may require a new manufacturing order to be placed, which could take up to 8-10 weeks.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, I ship worldwide via USPS.
  • Do you know when a pre-order or backorder item will arrive?
    Short answer - no. The manufacturers have typical manufacturing time-frames, but I give a longer estimate of 8-10 weeks in order to accommodate for any production backlog or issues. I will keep customers up-to-date with any updates on production status via the Updates tab on my website.
  • If I place an order containing a pre-order or back-order item, can you go ahead and ship the in-stock items?
    Unfortunately, no. As stated in my Pre-Order Policy, all items in the same order as a pre-order or back order item will be held until all items are in-stock and ready to ship out. If you need specific items sooner than the pre-order/back-order items will arrive, you will need to place them in a separate order.
