Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We do our best to quality check the items + provide our best judgement on the quality of pieces


If there is any quality issue or a product arrives damaged, please contact us at haedaldesigns@gmail.com, via the Contact form, or via the Chat. We will do our best to resolve any quality issues. (See Return Policy for more details.)

Items purchased at in-person events are subject to the same Terms of Service as those purchased via the website.
