Please see the Shipping & Returns Policy page if you have received an item with a manufacturing defect.

Pre-Order & Backorder Policy

Pre-order and Backorder items will take some time for manufacturing & shipping (expected up to 8-10 weeks). DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CANNOT WAIT as there are no cancellations once order is placed unless there is an issue with production from the manufacturer, in which case, I will issue a full refund.

**Any products in the same order as a pre-order or backorder item will be held until all items in the order are in-stock and are ready to be shipped together. If you need certain items to be shipped prior to the pre-order/backorder item(s) arrival, then you must place a separate order for those items you want to be shipped sooner.

Wholesale Inquiries

For wholesale inquiries about my products, please contact me directly at HaedalDesigns@gmail.com. Depending on the size of your order, a new manufacturing order may be required, in which case, it may take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery.
